Went to Orlando and back and turned 37 since my last post.

Cranberry Balsamic Tenderloin

Snow STORM 08

Seriously, we're getting snow tomorrow. Possibly up to 3 inches. Now before you laugh hysterically, know that this will paralyze Atlanta and we'll be home bound for the weekend.

As any good Southern girl can tell you, I should be at the grocery store right now stocking up. My cart should be full of milk, bread, and all the necessary food provisions.

We have food and would by no means starve, but there are no Little Debbies, Ben and Jerry's, Doritos, or (gasp) cans of Diet Dr. Pepper. I'm scrapping by here on Diet Coke and Ruffles. My children won't starve, but I'll be totally emaciated by Sunday. I may be forced to drink milk. Oh the horror.

I still have a box of chocolate covered cherries from Christmas so I won't go down without a fight. And I just hid the last Fruit Rollup for myself. We have a brownie mix but it takes eggs and we're out. There is a can of frosting if I get desperate. Mom gave us a can of popcorn last month and there is still about 1/3 of the caramel corn. I better hide that too.

There is NO WAY that I'm going to the store tonight. These people are crazy in this town when there are rumors of snow. And Ed is working so I'd have to take my children with me. And I don't like to take them to the grocery store on a good day. They drive me batty at the store.

This is a HUGE risk, but I'm taking my chances that I'll be able to leave the house tomorrow. We've got six diapers in the house and if I can't go to the store tomorrow and we run out, we're potty training. He better be ready ;-)
